Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Weekwall is made by Furkan Yeşildağ, an independent developer. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). Where the two differ, the Standard EULA applies.
1. Using the app
You may use Weekwall on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store’s usage rules, for your own household. Please do not copy, resell, or try to reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
2. Weekwall Plus
- Weekwall Plus is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and is never charged again.
- The price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- You can restore Plus on your other iPads that use the same Apple Account, from the app’s Settings.
- We will keep improving the app. Individual Plus features may change over time, but we will not turn Plus into a subscription or ask you to pay again for features you have already unlocked.
3. Your data
Everything you enter stays on your iPad and belongs to you (see the Privacy Policy). Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover it for you. Keep your iPad backed up if your lists and plans matter to you.
4. Calendars and other services
Weekwall shows information from calendar and reminder accounts set up on your iPad, such as iCloud, Google or Microsoft accounts. Those services, and the accuracy and availability of their data, are provided by their owners under their own terms. Weekwall is a helpful family display. Please do not rely on it alone for anything critical or time-sensitive, such as medication or safety reminders.
5. No warranty
We work hard to make Weekwall reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and Weekwall Plus.
7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in.
8. Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
